  • We make the process as streamlined as possible! We manage the product sourcing, quoting, virtual mockups, quality checks, and shipping arrangements to ensure you have items tailored to exactly what fits your needs. You will work directly with one person that you can reach out to for quotes, questions, ideas, etc. We genuinely care about the quality of your products as much as you do! We want you to feel confident in your order and love your products.

  • Nope! We will generate ideas for you! Send us an email and give us a general idea of what the event/need is, what date you need items, and any specific ideas you’d like us to include in your free personalized quote. We will take it from there!

  • Your logo should be in a vector file format. These are files that usually end in .ai, .eps, .pdf, or .svg in the file name.

    Don’t have the correct file format? We can convert your logo into a vector file for you. The cost depends on the complexity of your logo, but usually ranges between $20 - $40.

  • Raster images are made up of pixels, while vector images are made up of lines, curves, and fills. Raster images are resolution dependent and lose quality when resized, while vector images can be resized infinitely without losing quality. Raster images are best for photos and images with lots of detail, while vector images are better for logos and other graphics that need to appear in multiple sizes. An embroidery file is neither a raster file or a vector file; it is a specialized file that has been formatted to be read by an embroidery machine and translated into stitch sequences.

  • We accept checks, credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and bank wires.

    Usually payment is not required until you are satisfied with your items!

    First time orders do require prepayment and large orders may require a deposit.

    *Please note that orders exceeding $500 have a 3% credit card processing fee.

  • Orders generally take between 2 - 3 weeks to arrive. If you have an order that you need rushed, we still may be able to get it done. Reach out, and we will do everything we can to help!

  • We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We’ll work with our vendors and partners to determine the best course of action - that could mean redoing the items, issuing a refund, substituting a different item, or a combination of all options.
